The name and phone number of the person hosting the event.

The date and time of the event.

The address of the venue including its postcode.

A description of what's happening at the event.

If you are selling tickets, please include the price and where they are available to purchase.

Please attach a photo (jpeg or pdf) of your event poster (A landscape design works best!)
